Who opens the board?
A relative or someone close who is coordinating the house. Opening a board takes a minute, and you get a link to share with visitors and a separate admin link for the family.
Do visitors need to register on the site?
No. They choose a slot or an item, fill in a name and phone number – and that is it. No password and no account.
Who can see the phone numbers?
Only whoever holds the family's admin link. Other visitors see the name only.
What happens to the data after the shiva?
The board and all its details are deleted automatically 30 days after the last day that was set. The family can also delete the board at any moment.
Can a sign-up be cancelled?
Yes. Whoever signed up can cancel from the same device, and the family can remove any sign-up.
